Each Bejewelled By Becks piece is carefully handmade and packaged with care to help it arrive safely.

Processing Times
Ready-made items are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised or made-to-order items may take longer, and any different processing time will be stated on the individual product listing.

UK Delivery
Standard Delivery – £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery – £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged before dispatch. Framed artwork and other delicate creations are given additional protective packaging to help them arrive safely.

International Delivery
International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Customers ordering internationally may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact Bejewelled By Becks as soon as possible so I can help.
