Processing Times
Ready-made items will usually be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. As each piece is handmade, personalised or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any different timescale will be stated on the product listing.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to protect the handmade embellishments during transit. Framed artwork and other delicate pieces will receive additional protective packaging where required.
International Delivery
